How can I optimized my audit

My project is stuck in "Identifying items to audit" for 13 hrs, heres some info: 5014 request 2575 locations crawled Configuration: Crawl strategy - more complete Audit checks - medium active Minimize false negatives If I modify the configuration while working, it takes effect, or do I have to stop the process and then change the configuration. I remove "minimize false negtives and the javascript analysis. p.s. I'm using Burp Suite Professional. Thanks

Addtional information: This is the list of Extensions, sorry I have many Flow Content Type Converter J2EEScan Retire.js Autorize HTTP Request Smuggler Collaborator Everwhere JSON Beautifier CO2 Active Scan++ JS Link Finder Meth0dMan Param Miner Logger++ Wayback Machine Burp Importer Auto Repeater NMAp Parser I'm going to save project, disable everything except Logger++ and restart the adudit. Please tell if some of the extensions are problematic, or is it better to disable them when Burp is crawling and auditing. Many thanks.

It helps, but I restart the audit and things get moving faster, you just have to prioritaze and optimized as best as you can. Thanks
