Highlight all occurrence of the selected string

It would be very helpful and useful to highlight all occurrence of a selected string both on request and response without a need to copy and paste in search bar.

Hi Have you tried using the "Burp > Search" functionality?

Hi Hannah, I know this can be done by selecting the word and copy it to search bar. What I meant is that by just select a string all occurrence is highlighted in request and response without using the search functionality

Hi When you use the "Burp > Search" feature, it will look for all occurrences of your search term across various different tools (Target, Proxy, and Repeater) in Burp. You can also specify the location that you want to search in (request headers, request body, response headers, response body), as well as use some more dynamic search options. Depending on your location settings, Burp will highlight the search term in both the request and response, without needing to copy/paste any data.
