Thanks for your message. Are you able to access these sites when you are not proxied via Burp? If so, when you access these sites, does your normal browser have a different proxy server set? Can you email us some examples of the sites where you have issues to support@portswigger.net, please?

Hi Rui, Are you experiencing this issue for all sites that you try and proxy via Burp or just certain ones? Can you access these sites when you are not proxying via Burp? Finally, is there anything particularly unusual about the networking setup in your environment i.e. is there a corporate proxy in place? Are you using a VPN etc?

Facing the same issue. There is one particular URL that is not accessible. The URL can only be accessed over corporate VPN

Hi, When you have your VPN enabled, are you able to access other sites, whilst proxying your traffic through Burp, and it is only this site where you encounter issues? Effectively, I want to check whether using the VPN impacts your general ability to proxy traffic through Burp.

Hello. I am encountering the same issue. I have configured a socks5 proxy in the network tab in burp settings and I think that might be problem. What other way can I configure my Burp Suite pro with a VPN because I really need to use a vpn to accomplish what I want.

Hi, How does the VPN that you are using work? is it a browser based VPN?
