Hi, What is the screen resolution of your display? How are you launching Burp? Have you tried launching Burp from the command line?

When launching from the command line, are you using Java 13? (this is bundled with 2020.4) You would need to launch Burp like this: "C:\Program Files\BurpSuitePro\jre\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Program Files\BurpSuitePro\burpsuite_pro.jar" This is under the assumption that you have installed the application in the default directory for Windows. What settings do you see if you right-click > Properties > select Compatibility on java.exe in C:\Program Files\BurpSuitePro\jre\bin? Is there any information on the scaling behavior?

Can you try the below? 1. Find the java.exe and/or javaw.exe (C:\Program Files\BurpSuitePro\jre\bin) 2. Right click on it and select -> Properties 3. Go to the Compatibility tab 4. Check Override high DPI scaling behavior. 5. Choose System for Scaling performed by: 6. Click OK

Hello again, there's one more little problem right now. Windows 10 starts the burp suite by zooming and the text looks slightly blurry. how do I solve this problem?

Try adding -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=1.6 to your VMOPTIONS. If that fails, try setting it to 2. If you still have issues, please email us with screenshots and further information on support@portswigger.net
