have a release queue for interceptor requests

Something I'd really like to see, when intercepting traffic it would be good to have a way to look through the list of what is queued and release everything up to the request you want. I'm testing an app that is very chatty and I could start to filter things out, but it would be easier to just turn intercept on, hit my submit button, then release everything up to the POST I want. The release option would be either drop all or forward all.
