Group Extensions

I would like if I could group extensions (like some kind of folder system) and be able to give the groups names. This would make it easy to remember which extensions I like running ALL the time, which I like running MOST of the time, which are for individual specific test cases, which I'm experimenting with, which are dangerous/intrusive, which are not BApps, etc

Thanks for the feedback! Does what you're looking for sound similar to having different extension "Profiles" that you could toggle?
