Getting different results on each and every scan for same site

Team, We are facing an issue with scan results, I am scanning same site with configuration Crawl & Audit - Deep from the library and on every scan there is huge difference in the audit items as well as the results. I m using new project for every new scan on the same site. On first scan I got LDAP injection where as in second scan I don't see it as we didn't them yet. Can we know the cause of it? as the team is bit confused to provide fixes and result is inconsistent.

Error: skipping current insertion point too many consecutive missing link on path to crawled location errors have occured, getting this error too in Active phases A1 for most of the link.
