getting a "stream failed to close correctly"

I ran the product page from step 3 and get an error page

Hi We've just replied to your email. Does this happen with all sites or just certain ones? Do you see the same issue if you use Burp's embedded browser (Proxy > Intercept > Open browser)?

This is happening to me when I try to do the "Remote code execution via polyglot web shell upload" lab. Whenever I upload my polyglot.php file I get the error "Stream failed to close correctly"
