็Get Progress of previous incident for KBTG customers

We have opened case and get latest feedback around 16 July with issues for Single Page App Scan & Extension not working after re-installing with customer environment. Customers need more information about next steps, workaround and roadmap for those issues. I tried to reopen case by last two days & follow up support by e-mail for 2 times but there is no response for now. Customers are on budget considering phase for renewal next year and they would like to get product update from Burp Suite Enterprise and next steps for remediate those issues to ensure that they can use Burp to develop their processes continuously. If there is no response, this is difficult for us to answer customers and help Burp to be on track for next year renewal as well. So, pls. kindly look at information which I sent you again and hope that we will find out they way to help customer together.
