Free trial version problem

Hello. I have a free trial version of Burp Suite Enterprise edition, but license doesn't work. I activate license 4 days ago.

Hi, Can you send an email to support@portswigger.net with details of your license key so that we can take a look for you? Each Burp Enterprise license allows you to activate the software once - if you have already activated and are trying to install and activate Burp Enterprise on another machine then this will not work, by design.

Hi, I have a question for the time of the trial version of Burp Suite Enterprise. Is this limited for a number of scans or for a limited of time? If it is limited for a time, How long is the license valid? or How many scans can i perform?

Hi Daniel, The trials for all our products are fully functional but time limited. Each trial license lasts for 30 days from the point that the trial license is created (you should be able to check the expiry date of your license by navigating to the Licensing page in Burp Enterprise). For Burp Enterprise we place no restrictions on the total number of scans that you perform (either in a trial or, if you purchase a license, using the licensed version). The only limitation in Enterprise is the number of concurrent scans that you can perform, which is down to how many Burp Agents you have (each Burp Agent is able to perform one scan at a time) i.e. If you have 5 agents you can perform 5 concurrent scans.
