Failed to update BApp list

Hi, 1) I can't update the list when clicked "Refresh list". There is nothing listed and there an error message "Failed to update BApp list" 2) I can't install AuthMatrix, Autorize, Upload Scanner, and Active Scan++ extensions. Even manually, the items are not ticked in Installed tab. My network: own network Burp edition: Professional v2023.2.3

Hi Are you able to access portswigger.net on your machine? You will need to be able to access this to update the list of BApps and install them. Do you have an upstream proxy set in Burp? As a workaround, you can download BApps from https://portswigger.net/bappstore and manually install, using the "Manual Install" button in the bottom left of "Extensions > BApp Store".

Hi, Yes, I'm able to access portswigger.net. No upstream proxy set. I have tried use manual install, some extension can be installed and the tab above will be created. The extension can be seen in Installed tab with tick. However, I can't seem to use Refresh List button to see all installed app in BApp Store tab. The list shown nothing and failed to refresh. Still can't do this even use Manual Install (AuthMatrix, Autorize, Upload Scanner, and Active Scan++ extensions) .The items are not ticked in Installed tab.

Hi Can you email some screenshots or a screen recording of the steps you're taking to support@portswigger.net, please? When you use 'Manual install' do you see the BApps listed on the Installed tab, but just not showing as loaded? If so are there any details shown on the Output or Errors tabs for each extension? Can you also send us a copy of the output from Help -> Diagnostics, please?
