Failed to update Bapp List

Hi, My burp store list fails to be updated. I am using my employer's proxy settings and it may create some conflicts OR block some traffic. Do you have any work around this problem? Do you know how I can investigate and identify more precisely the issue? Thank you.

Are you able to access portswigger.net on your machine? If your BApp Store list is failing to connect that may be causing the issue. As a workaround, you can download BApps from https://portswigger.net/bappstore and manually install them to your Burp installation by using the "Manual Install" button in the bottom left of "Extender > BApp Store".

Yes, I manage to access to portswigger.net with my proxy settings on. What's the actual url/request triggered here so I can try to observe what's the proxy behavior? Thanks.

The actual request is https://portswigger.net/bappstore/currentlist using port 443 (or 80 if you aren't using HTTPS) You won't be able to see this on your original Burp instance, but if you were to proxy Burp through Burp or some other monitoring software (like WireShark), you should be able to see the request.
