Failed to connect to port 8090

I have burp community version that come pre install on Kali Linux .I have installed Kali on 1st of July till 8 October it was working well now when i used to do it is showing failed to connect port 8090 i have tried everything resetting configuration in my foxy proxy and burp to , for sake change the certificates and all those at for a time it work but again I am doing nothing is working correctly , i even tried to to add 127.0.0.1 port 8090 in burp -> proxy -> options ]> then it showing a different error and sometimes it work but when i restart my PC again that problems come up . THis is the error shows when i configure port 127.0.0.1 8090 in burp proxy setting. Error Invalid client request received: Dropped request looping back to same Proxy listener. This error usually comes about because of some port conflict in your environment but if we could see the exact setup that you have that may help us diagnose where the problem lies.
