Extensions List is Empty in BApp store

Hello team, I'm using Burp Suite Professional v2023.3.5 in my company system and it windows 10.In BApp store the list is empty i reinstalled the burp and restarted the system but no use. Can you help me with this. Thanks Anudeep

I have the same problme now I have update Burp to last version v2023.4.5 and the extenstions list remain empty...

Hi You might need to configure Burp to use an upstream proxy. You can find documentation on that here: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/desktop/settings/tools/proxy
