Extensions are showing blank

Hello, I'm using Burp Suite Professional version v2023.3.3, and I don't see any extensions in the BApp Store. Please suggest.

Hi A few questions for you: - What error is displayed if you click the 'Refresh List' button on the Extender -> BApp Store tab? - Do you also see errors if you go to Help -> Check for updates? - Can you connect to https://portswigger.net directly from your machine when you are not using Burp, or do you need a proxy?

"Failed to update BApp list - Do you also see errors if you go to Help -> Check for updates? Yes, it's giving me this error "Unable to check for updates due to network error. Please check your network configuration and try again" - Can you connect to https://portswigger.net directly from your machine when you are not using Burp, or do you need a proxy? I can access https://portswigger.net from the browser without burp and proxy

Hi Do you have a firewall? If yes, can you try whitelisting Burp to see if it resolves the issue? Can you please check the following to see if you can download and install BApps manually? - Browse to https://portswigger.net/bappstore - View the page for the BApp you want to install and choose 'Download BApp.' - On the Extender tab within Burp, click Manual Install and select the BApp file you downloaded.
