Extension Errors

I found a strange bug. Sometimes the stderror location of my extension in the "Errors" tab ("Extender" -> "Extensions") suddenly changes his value, from "Shown in UI" to "Output to system console". This behaviors can hidden extensions exceptions, if the user does not notice the change. Sometimes I had to choose the "Save to file" options because every time the check returned to "Output to system console"

I don't know how can I take a meaningful screenshot. The selected option changes from one option to another while changing tab...
