Expired Burp Exam Attempt - How Do I purchase new one?

Hi PortSwigger Team, I had purchased an Burp Suite Exam attempt back in 2021, but I never used it nor did I ever create an Examity account. That old exam attempt is still showing up under My Account -> Certifications. Will I be able to purchase a new exam attempt even if the old one is still showing up? If not can you please remove the old attempt from my account, so I can purchase a new one? Thank you!

Hi Christopher, If you navigate to the following URL: https://on.examity.com/V5/x/2001 And then use the 'Forgot password' link, are you able to create a password for your Examity account (the username of which appears to be the email address that you have used to email us here) and then log in and complete your Examity profile? If so, we should be able to make your current exam attempt valid again - can you let us know whether you can do the above?
