Hello, I am interested in understanding if there are any techniques or configurations that can be employed to bypass Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), firewalls, or other security controls in the context of web scanning. Specifically, I have observed that my IP address is being blocked when attempting to conduct web scans on certain websites. I want to clarify that my intention is solely for educational purposes and not for any malicious activities.
