Errror Failed to connect to [my_host] while use scanner

I am using the scanner feature of Burp pro version, but I have a problem that the burp connection fails in the event log window when doing a new auto scan even though the app can be accessed with browser or ping utility. Looking forward to your support. I use the Virtualbox virtual machine to create a host to run my vulnerable application, and it uses the Bridge network to connect the real machine and the virtual machine. And it is given ip 192.168.1.81, while the real machine has IP 192.168.1.21.
