Error while solving lab 'Stream failed to close correctly'

I am getting the error "stream failed to close correctly" while uploading 'polyglot.php' or any other image file. Can anyone help me solve this error?

I am also getting this error when trying to upload just a jpeg image, to start the Remove code execution via web shell upload lab. I had successfully uploaded an image previously. I also successfully uploaded exploit.php file, BUT was unable to complete the lab. SO started over, and this time, I get the "stream failed to close correctly" every time I try to upload just a normal image. I rebooted my machine, I restarted burp suite, and freshly opened the lab.
