Error while opening state file

Hi, I am getting error - An error occured while starting a project with the selected option Could not open file C://path/file.burp when i try to load from an old project saved on disk. Please help

Hi Rukayya, Just to clarify, you are trying to open an old state file from the project start up wizard when you initially launch Burp? If so, you need to have Burp up and running and then use the 'Project -> Import legacy state file' option from the main menu in order to import state files (Burp project files are drastically different from the old style state files so you will not be able to load one as the other).
