Error enterprise trial license

When I try to upload enterprise trial license the web server responsed: There was a problem checking your license Please download your license key from your account and try again. For help please visit the support center on our website. I downloaded license file in different times but the error is the same... Can you help me, please?

The issue persist, I upload again the file and the error message is the same... I downloaded the license file again...

Hi I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you try again for me, please? If there are still issues activating the license can you please email support@portswigger.net with the version of Enterprise you are using, confirmation of the email address linked to the license, and a screenshot of the settings under Network -> Proxy Server, please?
