Enterprise - Problems on this URL - Unknown problem

Hello Forum, When reviewing scans that fail the information under Problems on this URL seems very useless. I am finding that every site that is failing shows the same issue under Problems on this URL - Unknown Problem. Is anyone else having this issue and is there an configuration changes that I can do to get a better problem statement? Thanks in advance, Scott

Hi Scott, Would you be able to send an email to support@portswigger.net with the following information so that we can investigate this further for you: - The Burp Suite Enterprise version. - The operating system on which you installed Burp Suite Enterprise. - The database type and version you are using. - Whether the Enterprise Agent installations are on the same machine on which you installed Burp Suite Enterprise, or elsewhere. - The log files: By default these are in C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/ on Linux. There is a separate log file for each day, and the current day's log file does not contain a date. The agent log files can be found on the agent machine.
