Enterprise Jira Integration - URL provided is not valid

I am doing a trial of Burp Enterprise and I currently have it running locally on my Macbook. I am trying to integrate with Jira Enterprise, which I can connect to from my computer on our company VPN. When I try to set up the integration the error message says "Error: Invalid URL". The log file says this: INFO n.p.enterprise.web.rest.resources.r - Resolved Jira server domain: <redacted> ERROR n.p.enterprise.common.rest.c.d - Couldn't connect to Jira. received status 400 and response {"code":76,"error":"URL provided is not valid"}. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
