Enterprise - Integration with ServiceNow

Justin | Last updated: Feb 04, 2021 06:06PM UTC

Please create a two-way integration for ServiceNow. You can see an ideal integration here, https://www.netsparker.com/support/integrating-netsparker-enterprise-servicenow/ Notice the availability for the SN ticket to launch a rescan of that specific finding to verify remediation. Thanks,

Thanks for the feedback. We have passed this on to the team and have registered your interest in ServiceNow integration. We've linked this thread so we can post here when there is an update.

I am also interested in burp suite integration with SN. Is there an update to this post, or additional information I might be missing?

We've registered your interest. ServiceNow isn't one of the most frequently requested integrations, so this isn't currently on our roadmap. Burp Suite Enterprise does have a GraphQL API, so this may give you some additional options: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/api-documentation/graphql-api/graphql-common-tasks https://portswigger.net/burp/extensibility/enterprise/graphql-api/

Thank you for your response. To confirm, only Enterprise provides the API capability, and not Pro. Correct?

Only Burp Suite Enterprise has the full GraphQL API (https://portswigger.net/burp/extensibility/enterprise/graphql-api/) Both Burp Suite Enterprise and Burp Suite Pro have a more limited REST API (https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/api-documentation/rest) I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any questions.

I discovered this thread and I also vote for a 2-way integration of burp suite enterprise with servicenow! Especially with the Vulnerability Response module.
