encountered the license issue on burp enterprise

Hi, I can login to Burp Enterprise. After I login, I get "An unexpected erro occurred. If this problem persists, please contact support@portswigger.net". and there is the word License. Can you let me know if this is the license issue. If so, how do I install the license

Hi, Can you please send us further information and screenshots via email (support@portswigger.net)? Have you tried restarting all the Burp Enterprise services on that machine? Is it a new installation? Or an existing one?

reboot doesn't solve the problem. This is an existing one burp server. I have sent the screenshot to the support@portswigger.net.
