Downloading license file

Hi, I have the burp license extended 1-2 days ago. When I try to download the license file through the panel, it will not work. However, software download has no problem. Could you please check if everything is OK with my license ? Thanks

Hi Are you having any issues when logging into your account? When you click to download your license key, does the download start, or does nothing happen? Have you tried using a different browser? If so, did that have the same issue?
