Does Burp Pro is looking for all issues types out of the box ?

Dear Burp Support, In older versions of Burp Pro (version 1.7 or earliest) it was possible to choose the types of issues that Burp was able to look for; it was a menu under Scanner->Options->"Select Individual Issues" which contains all the issues types and was possible to enable/disable issues individually. I don't see this option anymore in newer versions of Burp. Does it means that in newer versions Burp scanner will try to catch all the findings ? Does it means that if I'm using an old Burp config files containing just some issue enabled, Burp will ignore this enabled issues and will look for all type of issues ? Hope I was clear, Thx, Adrian
