Disconnected from examity

Hello; While doing my exam i got Disconnected from examity and they refused to restart the proctoring session. " As per our records we see that exam has already processed and you cannot continue with same appointment. We request you to reach your institution schedule a new appointment for the same exam." Is there a way to schedule a new appointment because i lost connection after only 5 minutes of starting the exam.
