Crashing while Scan

Dear Support, i'm using Burp Suite Professional v2020.12 When i start a New scan -> Crawl and Audit, after some minutes Burp crashes. Can you help me to solve the issue? Thanks and regards, Davide

Hi Davide, Are you able to provide us with your diagnostic details (Help -> Diagnostics)? In addition, do you have performance feedback enabled (if not, you can switch it on under User options -> Misc -> Performance Feedback)? If you can provide us with your Debug ID when you initiate Burp and then recreate the issue this will allow us to see if any errors are being reported back to us from that particular instance. Finally, to clarify, does this happen every time you start a scan or is it only happening some of the time? If it is only happening on occasion, is there any pattern to the crashes (site being scanned etc)? Hi, under Burp -> User Options i don't have Misc. Thanks, Davide

Hi Davide User options is available along the row of tabs that starts "Dashboard, Target, Proxy" etc.
