Could not connect to any seed URLs.

Team, I tried to scan API using the IP and port number but after 5 mintues it is saying "Could not connect to any seed URLs. " I am using BurpSuite Enterprise Edition Kindly help me to proceed further. I have query whether BurpEnterprise support scanning APIs if once has to scan different API what is the process to do that before we start scanning. Need your support immediately

Hi Jimmy, Please send us an email at support@portswigger.net since we may require log files throughout the troubleshooting process. In terms of your current issue, there is an issue in the connection between the agent completing the scan and the site you are trying to scan. Can you double-check that you can reach the site you are trying to scan from the agent machine attempting to scan it?
