Configuring Burp Enterprise to CI/CD

Currently working on PoC of Burp Enterprise Edition. CI/CD tool is Jenkins. During the process got below queries. 1) Can Burp Enterprise only be integrated to a pipeline? Not to a individual Jenkins job? 2) Can Burp Enterprise only be added as a "Build Step"? Or can it be added as a "Post Build" activity also? Responses to above questions will be of great help. Thanks in Advance.

@Ben Yes, I have gone through the documentation. My queries are not clearly explained in that documentation. I'm trying to integrate Burp Enterprise with Jenkins jobs. Need some clarity around it.
