Clarification on the burp license purchased

Balaji | Last updated: Aug 25, 2020 03:07PM UTC

Dear Team, I have couple of questions, 1. We don't have any license which will expires on 05th September. However we have a license Key which will expires on 06th Sep 2021. We have not purchased any license. 2. If this is auto renewal. How is the auto renewal done? 3. I have not done any purchase on 23rd August. However I have invoice for 23rd August. But I don't see any License key for the same.

Hi Could you email office@portswigger.net with the details of the email address linked to the account and the invoice that you have received so we can investigate this fully for you, please? An auto-renewal will only take place is a payment card has been linked to the account that contains the license.

Hi It is possible to split license keys. If you contact office@portswigger.net with the details of the account that contains the license and the details of what you would like to do then they will be able to help.

Hi there, Is it possible to provide one of the licenses key to expiry within the next 30/60 days. The reason being I am the account holder, I want to give my staff the shared key to activate themselves on an airgap environment rather than wait for me to do it onsite.

If you are the owner of the account containing a multi-user license then you can pass the key to the people who are the intended licensed users of the software.
