Changing Email Address for Account

Hi Team, I am not able to change the email address of this account with the "Change Email Address" feature. Once I provide the secondary email address to which I want to transfer the account, I get the message as "We could not validate the provided email address, reuse the feature or contact support". Can you please guide or help me in changing the email for my current subscription? Thanks, Navneet
