Certificate not working on mobile device

Dear Team, I recently purchased burp suite pro, i was using community version and it was working fine at mobile device . i followed the same step to config burp at mobile device by portswigger/burp guide. but when i try to intercept the traffic its not work , i check that when i config proxy, mobile device browser/app connection stop working and giving error and when i remove proxy it works fine . i have done every thing from installing cert as burp.cer in mobile device to config proxy.
