Hello, I am having problems with the certificate, when I upload it to fire fox I still cannot go to the sites, it says that the certificate is unreliable

Hi Aibolit, Can you provide us with some details of how you have installed the certificate within Firefox? Did you follow the guide below: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/desktop/external-browser-config/certificate/ca-cert-firefox

Hi Aibolit, Are you able to send us an email at support@portswigger.net and include some screenshots of the setup that you have alongside the error that you are seeing, just so we can see exactly what is happening and assist you further? Out of interest, I assume that you experience this issue for every HTTP/S site that you try and proxy through Burp (and not just one particular site)?
