Hi Bhuvana, We are aware of this issue and our developers are busy working on a fix which should be released ASAP. In the meantime we have the following workaround. As your burp enterprise database user, e.g. burp_enterprise (or as an admin) you will need to run the below update commands against the database. Note: You may need to run "USE burp_enterprise;" before the below update lines depending on your current context when connecting to the database. UPDATE agent_machines SET agent_pool_id=-1; UPDATE site_trees SET agent_pool_id=-1; Once those changes have been made, please restart the Burp Enterprise web server component, as detailed on the following page: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/infrastructure/services Please let us know if this resolves the issue or whether you require any further assistance. We will update this forum thread as soon as the permanent fix is available.

Hi We have released Burp Suite Enterprise version 2021.4.1. This release provides the following bug fix for this issue: When upgrading from a previous version of Burp Suite Enterprise Edition and using an MS-SQL database, agent machine pool assignments now work correctly, and the site tree loads without errors.
