Cannot get the Burp CA certificate

Dear Portswigger I cannot get to the http://burpsuite, try many time and do exactly as your instruct but always go to the page https://portswigger.net/burp/pro. Please help me. Many thanks! BR Quang

Hi Quang, To confirm, are you trying to obtain the Burp CA Certificate via an external browser? If so, have you ensured that the Burp Proxy Listener is running and that you have configured the proxy settings on your browser, as detailed in the pages below: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/desktop/external-browser-config/check-listener https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/desktop/external-browser-config Without the Proxy Listener running and your browser configured to proxy traffic to the Listener then you will not be able to access the http://burpsuite URL.
