Can we run the Active Scan through command line without installing the Burp Suite in my device.

Hi, I want to run the Active scan for the particular website, just by command line arguments, without having the burpsuite installed in my device. previously what I searched for the solution , its all connected with the Rest-api, and it will check weather the burp is turned on, then it will starts the scan. But without installing the burp suite can we active scan the website through the command line.?

Hi, Currently, you would need to have Burp installed (whether that is Burp Professional installed on your machine or accessing a Burp Enterprise installation) in order to carry out scanning activities. We do have future plans to introduce a scan as a service model but this is a little way off.
