Can't start BSCP Exam

Hello, I purchased access to the BSCP exam today, I'm going through the process for the second time. I passed the initial session on the Examity portal and when I try to start the exam on the examiner's page, I see the following message: "There are currently no exams available." I think I did everything right. The exam was not even started on my side, I did not get access to the systems subject to the exam. Despite this, I cannot start my exam. On the other hand, in the exam history on Examity, the latest exam has the status "Completed". In the portswigger dashboard the status of my exam is "Purchased". I don't know what to do. I did not get help from the AI ​​assistant on Examity, I was directed here. Please help. Regards, Patryk

Hi Patryk, It is not immediately clear from the proctoring video that has been recorded what the sequence of events was with regards to your latest exam attempt. In any case, I have created a new exam retake for you, which should now be available to you in your Portswigger user account, and which will allow you to take the exam again.
