Can't find or choose the right jruby .jar after installing using brew

I'm trying to load the example ruby extension found here: https://portswigger.net/burp/extender/writing-your-first-burp-suite-extension ...and loading the extension seems to be failing because I can't identify the proper jruby .jar file. I installed jruby using brew, and brew seems to have installed jruby in this location on my machine: /usr/local/Cellar/openjdk/15.0.2, but nothing like "jruby.jar" seems to exist. Can anyone fill me in on what the name of the .jar file I am looking for?

You can download the JRuby JAR file from https://www.jruby.org/download (e.g. jruby-complete-9.1.17.0.jar)
