Can't catch proxy in certain PC

Hi there, I got a problem to ask. I set up phone and burp for proxy listener. It works well with my personal PC. But in my PC on my workplace, it can even run through the burp. Its can load the web and have "Error connection" also cant even go http://burpsuite The setting on phone with wifi proxy config "none" is still work well. Of course, i set up both PC and my phone in the same network, both device can ping the other, i tried with my 4g or company Lan either. I think problem is some setting on Window in my workplace PC or firewall. Can you give me some advice of these setting or somewhere make this problem happen? Thanks so much!!
