can't access any labs

Every time I click on "Access Lab" in any Academy course, I get an error "bad request". I've tried multiple browsers. I'm not using a VPN or proxy.

Hi Can you access the labs if you connect directly rather than proxying via Burp? Are there any additional messages in the event log on Burp's Dashboard when you do proxy the connection via Burp?
