can't access academy labs

hi guys I've been trying to access the labs for a few hours now but they are really sluggish and most of the times they won't even load. I can access other sites but anything on portswigger seems to be a 50/50. any solutions to recommend?

Hi, Has this always been an issue for you or has this behaviour started recently? Are you trying to access the portswigger.net site using a standard browser or are you proxying your traffic through Burp when you see this? Finally, just to clarify, you are having issues both with the labs themselves and normal pages on our portswigger.net site?
