Hi, how do you use the BurpSuite professional scanner while so many bug bounty programs do not allow automatic scanners to protect their users and servers from sending thousands of requests to the application?

Hi You should only use the Scanner against a site when you have permission to do so. Many of our users are penetration testers, as well as bug bounty hunters, and so do have permission to scan their targeted websites.
