Burpsuite Professional Open Problem

Dear Team, After purchasing the licence key for burpsuite professional I have received a mail like "Your Burp Suite Professional license key has been renewed" and also they mentioned points like Just follow the steps below: • Log into your PortSwigger account. • Underneath “Your License Keys”, locate your Burp Suite Professional license and select Download License Key. • In Burp Suite Professional, go to Help > License > Update License. After that I went to my account but there is no licesnce key option in my account. Whenever I open burpsuite professional after activating it automatically disapper. Kindly have a look at my issue.
