BurpSuite Professional Activation Limit

I am trying to install BurpSuite Licensed version from 1 system to another, after uninstalling it on the previous one. But I am getting a maximum activation limit error when I am trying to activate the same on the 2nd system. Can you please look into the same.

Hi Joerg, Just install BurpSuite on the new machine and activate it. There isn't a "de-activate" feature. If you do hit your activation limit, contact office@portswigger.net. They'll review your and will extend as long as everything is in good order.

I am in the strategic sourcing group for Black Knight Financial Technology. We purchased Burp Suite through Software One which is the VAR we work with. The email associated with our licenses is procurement@bkfs.com. We are in the process of upgrading users form Windows 7 to Windows 10. When we try and use the key that worked on the Windows 7 Burp Suite machine it gives a message Activation Failed. Please help
