BurpSuite Error: failed to negotiate an SSL connection some applications

Hello everyone, I can successfully proxy Android applications using Burp Suite. However, when I try to proxy specific apps that I want to analyze, I encounter the 'failed to negotiate an SSL connection' error. I have installed the certificate within Android, and I can perform proxying without any issues in web browsers and other APKs. Some apps seem to trigger this error; could it be possible that the developer has implemented measures to prevent proxying? How can I proxy these applications? I have reviewed the previously opened threads on the forum, and I followed the step-by-step guide provided in the link below, but I couldn't achieve any results.
