burpsuite enterprise web site

I cannot access the burpsuite enterprise web site. The autoupdate feature ran to update to the latest version today. and after install i cannot access the site. the services for burpsuiteenterprise and burpsuitewebserver are Active and running. Netstat does not show port 8080 listening though. is there a configuration script i need to run after the update?

Hi Travis, Please email us on support@portswigger.net. This may be an issue with duplicate site names or the character length of the site may exceed 60 characters. I will need to get some more information from you so please email with all the log files on 09/03. These are located at C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows, and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Mac/Linux.

Is there a resolution to this issue? I'm running into this problem as well having just tried to apply the latest update (version 2020.2-3025).
