BurpSuite Collaborator Doesn't Work

Zezul | Last updated: Dec 24, 2021 03:29PM UTC

I cannot connect to any BurpSuite Collaborator domains, and I use the default Collaborator server. When running a health check, the "Polling Server Connection" returns an error. The error message says that "No connections to the polling server at polling.burpcollaborator.net could be opened". I also cannot access any Collaborator domain using my browser. I'd really appreciate any help!

After using Java 14, the domain can be accessed, however I don't receive any polling response. When a person accesses my domain, Collaborator does not show anything. How can this be fixed?

Hi Segev,

I just ran a health check on the default collaborator and it works as expected - no errors.

Can you confirm whether or not you are still having an issue? Can you also email support@portswigger.net with the information below?

The output of the collaborator health check (Project options > Misc > Burp Collaborator Server > Run health check ...). It should look something like this:
